Named after Stephanie's favorite beach, Refuge Cove in Ketchikan, Alaska, her goal is to create a practice that will provide you a place to find refuge, a safe shelter, where you can show up authentically and vulnerably. She hopes you find a place where you will find support, someone to hear your story and walk alongside you on your journey to pursue healing.
